Delete your account

Ask us to permanently erase your Afghan Blood Bank account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

Fastest option: delete it yourself in the app

If you still have the app installed, open it and go to Profile → Delete account. Your account is removed straight away, with no waiting period.

Use the form below only if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.

Request deletion

We use this only to find your account and confirm the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Your name, phone numbers, email address, age and gender
  • Your blood group, donation history and eligibility dates
  • Your saved location and province or district
  • Your blood requests, pledges, messages and feedback
  • Your notification settings and device notification token

What we may keep, and why

  • Anonymous donation counts that no longer identify you, so national and provincial donation totals stay accurate.
  • Records we are required by law to retain, kept only for as long as the law requires.

Nothing we keep can be traced back to you.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests sent through this form are completed within 30 days of us verifying that the account is yours. If we cannot verify it, we will contact you before doing anything.
